Costs & procedure Comand repair
The cost of repairing your Mercedes Comand system depends on the NTG version and the error pattern. As a rule, prices start at €99-820, depending on whether, for example, a firmware update, unlocking of the anti-theft protection or a drive error needs to be rectified.
You will see the exact price during the online ordering process after you have selected the appropriate NTG version and described your problem. If you are not sure which error is present, you can send us a request in advance with details of your device and the behavior.
The repair of your Mercedes Comand system is carried out directly by us in Oyten (near Bremen). After successfully ordering online and providing all the necessary information, send us the defective Comand device by post.
As soon as we receive your device, we analyze the fault, carry out the repair (e.g. software recovery, module replacement, navigation activation) and test the system thoroughly. The processing time is usually 1-2 working days.
After a successful repair, we will send the device back to you immediately – ready for reinstallation. If you have any queries or specific error messages, our customer service team will of course be happy to help.
