Costs & process ECE conversion / region change
The cost of converting your Mercedes Comand system to the European ECE region depends on the NTG version used and the scope of customization required. As a rule, prices range from €360 – €700 net, but vary depending on the system version.
Please ensure that you select the appropriate NTG version when ordering online. The exact price will be displayed transparently during the ordering process. If you want to convert several vehicles or have special requests, please contact us in advance.
The ECE conversion of your Comand system is carried out at our premises in Oyten (near Bremen). After placing your online order and selecting the appropriate NTG version, you will receive all further shipping information by e-mail. You then send us your Comand device by parcel service.
Once received, we will complete the conversion to ECE (including language, radio band, navigation, etc.) within 1–2 business days. Afterward, the fully converted device will be immediately returned to you – ready for use in your vehicle.
