Firmware update for the COMAND NTG2.5 to the latest version of 09/29

ATTENTION: Some basic knowledge should be available. The implementation is at your own risk.

 

Required to install the latest navigation data from 2019 V16.

If an older firmware version is installed, this update must be performed first, otherwise the navigation update may stop in the middle and NOT be completed successfully.

 

Download Link Option: You will receive a download link with the specific data for your system hardware. The data can then be copied to an SD card or burned to a DVD and installed in the system.

On-site Option: After placing an order, we will contact you to arrange an on-site appointment for installation.

 

You need an SD card with a maximum capacity of 32GB and a Windows PC to copy the data.

Variant Without installation

In the “Without installation” variant, commissioning must then be carried out by a qualified Mercedes service partner and the SA code must be entered in the data card. Otherwise, it may not be possible to use the system properly.

Variant Incl. installation

For the “Including Installation” option, we will enter the SA code into your Mercedes Benz data card.
Due to current lead times, an appointment must be scheduled on average 1-2 weeks in advance.
