With the current model series, it is no longer sufficient to cancel the VMAX as part of a map optimization in the engine control unit. The VMAX and many other parameters are also monitored and limited in the CPC control unit. The CPC must therefore also be modified. We will provide you with a new additional CPC control unit, which contains new and individual parameters. You can therefore switch between the original and our CPC control unit at any time. It is also possible to cancel the torque limitation or to control the flap control (if available) individually.
To tune your CPC, we will replace the original CPC control unit with a modified one.
If you ever want to undo the CPC tuning, the tuning CPC will be replaced with the original CPC control unit.
CPC tuning options
On request, we can completely remove the VMAX limitation in the CPC control unit, so that the top speed is only limited by the engine power of your Mercedes.
The exhaust flap of your Mercedes (if available) can be completely customized by us. For example, when pressing the button for the exhaust flaps – 100% opening, instead of only 70-80% as in the standard version. You can decide individually whether the flaps are always fully open or only at the push of a button. At the same time, the flap position can also remain original or only open fully with S+. Please discuss your individual requirements with us.
The factory torque limitation of your Mercedes can be completely deactivated by us, so that only the engine control unit decides in which situations it is regulated or the maximum torque is reached.
At the same time, we also adjust the power display in the Comand of your Mercedes. This means that the extra power is also clearly displayed in the vehicle.

CPC tuning should be carried out in conjunction with a clean software optimization / chip tuning. We are also happy to advise you on software optimization including engine and transmission. In this optimization, the decisive parameters of all three control units are individually matched to each other for the best result of a Stage 1 and CPC tuning.

There are basically 2 different ways to perform CPC tuning. The first is the „CPC only“ option. This involves reading the data from the original CPC control unit, transferring it to the new prepared CPC and making the desired adjustments. This is very suitable, for example, if a Stage 1 is already available or only minor differences in performance are being processed. The second option is the „All in One“ solution. In addition to the CPC, we can offer you a Stage 1 for the engine and, if necessary, the transmission. All key parameters of the three control units are individually matched to each other for the best result of a Stage 1 and the CPC tuning.
